TigerConnect will be performing maintenance tonight at 2:00 AM - 3:00 AM PST. During this time there will be no impact or service degradation. User should expect normal application availability, functionality, and performance through the maintenance window. Our team will post an update once the maintenance is complete.
Scope: Standard software update (security patching) to Redis database operating system supporting the following services: Clinical Collaboration Platform user & role management, messaging, roles feature, group conversations, integrations with third-party scheduling & shifts, Patient Engagement.
User Impact: No planned impact or service degradation. Users should expect normal application availability, functionality, performance, and integration syncing through the change window.
