MAINTENANCE DETAIL Dates: October 11th, 2024 Times: 3-6pm PT Scope: Software updates to Aurora database cluster (supports system analytics) in Production.
IMPACT & RISK MITIGATION User Impact: Users with “Reporting” permissions will not have access to Analytics. Standard, non-reporting users should expect normal application availability, functionality, performance, and integration syncing for all other platform features through the change window.
Risk Mitigation: A database snapshot will be taken of the current cluster prior to maintenance start.
The analytics database cluster will be restored from the snapshot if the maintenance does not complete as planned.
